Grilled Brie with Warm Peaches and Hot Honey

Gooey delight. Creamy Grilled Bried with Sweet Peaches and a Touch of Heat Using Vickie's Bees Peach and Chiptole Honey make this the Perfect Pairing.


Ingredients


  • 1 Wheel of Brie Cheese

  • 1 Ripe Sweat Peach

  • 2 Tablespoons Vickie's Bees Peach Chipotle Honey, Plus a little Drizzle at the End

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Basil

  • Flakey Salt for Garnish

  • Olive Oil for Grilling the Brie

  • Few Pats of Butter to Saute the Peaches


Instructions


  1. Heat your Grill or Skillet to Medium-High Heat

  2. Brush Brie with Olive Oil on Both Sides

  3. Drizzle Olive Oil in the Skillet and Grill One Side of the Brie Unil Grill Marks Form

  4. Flip and Repeat on the Other Side - Brie should Be Squishy and Warm

  5. Remove from Pan and Wipe Out

  6. Return to Heat

  7. Add Butter and Sliced Peaches Begin to Saute

  8. Add Vickie's Bees Honey Peach & Chipotle Honey

  9. Stir Until Softened about 5-7 Minutes at the End at Fresh Basil

  10. Top the Brie Cheese with the Peach and Honey Mixture

  11. Sprinkle with Flakey Salt and Serve Immediately

  12. Serve with Baquette, Crostini, Crackers
