There are No Refunds or Exchanges on Crystallized Honey (this is a natural process of sound, raw honey). It can be reversed by placing the jar of crystalized honey in a warm water bath and repeating until the honey returns to its liquid form again.

Refunds or Replacements are issued for but are not limited to damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items. 

Refunds or Replacements are only issued for orders placed with vickiesbees.com. Purchases from entities other than Vickie's Bees are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please contact the retailer where the Vickie's Bees Honey item was purchased.
